HOW TOPLAY
Football Killer
Football Killer is ball-knowledge survival. Every question names a category. Type any footballer who fits and you live to the next one; fumble it, or let the clock hit zero, and it costs you. This one loop powers all three modes:
Name a player with 100+ Premier League appearances for Leicester
No two players can use the same answer. Once a name’s gone, it’s gone. Start typing and matching players surface as suggestions.
- A brand-new question every day, the same one for every player worldwide. Name as many correct answers as you can.
- 3 lives, no repeats, 30 seconds per answer. A wrong answer or a timeout costs a life.
- Land on one global leaderboard, ranked by score with your fastest answer breaking ties. A fresh challenge drops every day.
- Create a room, share the code, and take on up to 8 mates live.
- Everyone answers the same question each round, taking turns in a fixed order drawn at kick-off. Lose all 3 lives and you’re out.
- Last player standing takes the win.
- Climb from the Premier League to the Champions League to the World Cup, then to Killer Legend.
- Each match pits you against five AI rivals, and the last one standing wins. You’ve got 3 lives.
- Bank 10 wins to clear a competition and unlock the next pack. 30 in total makes you a Legend.
- You get 3 lives — a wrong answer or a timeout costs one.
- Every correct answer pushes your streak higher. Lose all three lives and the run ends.
- Chase your Personal Best on each competition pack. How far can you get?
Lives
You start with 3 lives in every mode. A wrong answer or a timeout costs a life; lose them all and you’re eliminated.
Rounds
In Road To Glory and Challenge Mates, every player answers the same question each round. Clear the round and the next one brings a fresh question of equal difficulty — each is announced by its round number (“Round 3 Question”, and so on).
Sudden Death Shootout
When it’s down to the final two, the match goes to a penalty shootout. Both answer the same question, each naming a different valid player, taking turns (most lives shoots first). It’s best of five; if you’re still level it becomes classic sudden death, so score while your rival misses and you win.
The Clock
Every question is on a 30-second timer. The final 10 seconds ramp up the tension: the ring turns red and pulses. Beat the buzzer.
Difficulty
- Easy: gentler questions, with nation and position hints as you type.
- Classic: standard Football Killer.
- Brutal: the questions get progressively nastier and the hints disappear. Only the sharpest survive.
You pick the difficulty in Beat The Streak and Challenge Mates. Road To Glory is always played on Classic.
